Personal librarians are responsible for building relationships with academics and postgraduate students by:

Assisting academics with quality assured library content and resources in study material and online course development
Keeping academics and postgraduate students informed of existing and new resources and services
Supporting researchers and NRF applicants with e-visibility, citation analysis and identifying quality journals
