Short biography
Dr. Chenai Matshaka is a postdoctoral researcher at the Thabo Mbeki African School of Public and International Affairs, University of South Africa. Her work centres on human rights in Africa, peacebuilding and transitional justice. Dr. Matshaka received her PhD in Political Science from the University of Pretoria. She is the author of a monograph on transitional justice and she is passionate about advancing peacebuilding research from an African perspective.
